Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our expansion efforts in the US market. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and position OmiGroup as a key player in the healthcare IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to penetrate the US healthcare market with our ITO services.
- Identify target clients, define value propositions, and set clear objectives to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and technology partners.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to create business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve business growth.
- Partnership Development:
- Explore potential collaborations with healthcare consultancy firms and stakeholders for revenue-sharing models.
- Establish strong relationships with healthcare consultants who can advise clients while we handle development execution.
- Revenue Growth & Performance Management:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership & Team Building:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
- Provide mentorship and training to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Location: Remote (US-Based).
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare IT industry.
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, regulatory environment, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience in selling healthcare IT services such as ITO, EMR/EHR systems, or similar solutions.
- Strong network within healthcare organizations, hospital systems, and decision-makers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international teams and understanding cross-border business dynamics.
- Knowledge of FDA and healthcare IT compliance standards.
- MBA or equivalent experience in business development and sales management.
