AI Engineer (Junior++, Middle)

As a AI Engineer, candidates will perform the following tasks:

  • Develop and optimize machine learning models (e.g., classification, regression) using health-related datasets
  • Implement RAG systems to retrieve and synthesize relevant nutritional and healthcare information
  • Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Build agent components capable of reasoning and performing nutrition-related tasks
  • Collaborate on project planning, including effort estimation and task breakdown
  • Contribute to the design and development of healthcare POCs for client
  • Assist with model deployment, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts (e.g., nutritionists)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries like scikit-learn
  • Practical experience with LLMs and techniques for fine-tuning
  • Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate) and information retrieval pipelines
  • Understanding of agent-based or agent AI system design
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including ML and data processing libraries
  • Familiarity with healthcare datasets and relevant privacy/compliance considerations
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
