In the role of an AI Engineer, candidates will be responsible for carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Machine Learning models (e.g., classification, regression) using health-related datasets
- Implement RAG systems to retrieve and synthesize relevant nutritional and healthcare information
- Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build agent components capable of reasoning and performing nutrition-related tasks
- Collaborate on project planning, including effort estimation and task breakdown
- Contribute to the design and development of healthcare POCs for clients
- Assist with model deployment, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts (e.g., nutritionists)
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries like scikit-learn
- Practical experience with LLMs and techniques for fine-tuning
- Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate) and information retrieval pipelines
- Understanding of agent-based or agent AI system design
- Strong programming skills in Python, including ML and data processing libraries
- Familiarity with healthcare datasets and relevant privacy/compliance considerations
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
